Academic Associates Terms and Conditions

Payment Policy

Payment is due, in full upon booking of Courses and/or Book Orders, unless previously arranged with management. Payments are accepted through our website via Visa or Mastercard credit cards. We also accept Cash, Direct Deposit and Cheques by prior arrangement. No other forms of payment are currently accepted.

Cancellation and Return Policy

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes for any reason. In the event a class is cancelled, all students will be notified and full refunds will be provided, with the option to reschedule. Should the student need to cancel or reschedule, 7 days notice of cancellation is required in order to receive a full refund. There is no refund for cancellation less than 48 hours before a class and rescheduling will require full payment for the class, unless by prior arrangement with management. Refunds are made through Direct Deposit only. No cash will be refunded directly to the client.
