Competition Terms & Conditions

The Promoter is Academic Associates, 83 Merrivale Road, Pickering Brook, WA 6076. (ABN: 78 492 130 682). Entry is open to all Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. To enter, individuals must enter online by visiting www.academicassociates.com.au/infopack/index.php, follow the prompts to the competition entry page, input the requested information and submit the entry form for immediate registration.

By submitting the application form to enter Academic Associates’ current competition participants are complying with the terms of agreement set out. The entrant is a willing participant and of legal required age required to enter online competitions. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Multiple entries are not permitted.

Competition will close on the last school day of term (Public school) with the winner drawn and notified via email during the following week.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Price is not transferable and cannot be redeemed as cash. No responsibility will be taken for incorrect entries lodged and no responsibility is taken for variation in value of price between time of lodgment and time of allotted draw. Promoter may conduct such further draws as deemed necessary in order to distribute unclaimed price. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected postal mail or mail lodged directly. All entries become the property of the Promoter upon lodgment.

Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

All entries will be entered into a database for recital of future advertisement and marketing. Promoter may use entrants' names and addresses for future marketing and promotional purposes unless notified otherwise in writing by the entrant.

The Promoter will classify all entries as confidential and will not disclose any entrants details to any other parties, and by entering the competition you are agreeing to accept email communications from Academic Associates until you unsubscribe. Only subscribed entrants to our communications at the time of the competition draw are eligible to win.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia.
